Abstract

This research explores the influence of teacher personality on the creation of a positive classroom climate and its subsequent effect on student learning. The paper will examine the Big Five personality traits (openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism) and how they relate to teacher-student interactions, classroom management styles, and student motivation. The study will contribute to a better understanding of the complex interplay between teacher personality and student learning outcomes.
