The Role of Personality Traits in Educational Leadership

This research investigates the correlation between specific personality traits and effective educational leadership. By examining the Big Five personality traits (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism) in school leaders, this study seeks to identify the key traits that contribute to successful leadership practices. The findings will provide valuable insights for educational institutions in selecting and developing effective leaders.
