Abstract

Mobile banking applications have become popular which enables the users for using technological interventions on their mobile devices. The study is based on the primary as well as secondary data. The statistical tools used in the study are ANOVA Test, Percentage method. The bar graph are shown for enablers and barriers. Major Enablers found out to be ease of use of mobile banking applications, smartphone penetration, convenience, etc. Some major barriers includes that mobile banking requires knowledge and learning, poor telecommunication network, lack of awareness about mobile banking. The input of the respondents depends directly upon the enablers as well as the barriers of mobile banking
