The rapid growth of Financial Technology (FinTech) has transformed the manner in which individuals access, manage, and utilize financial services. Simultaneously, financial literacy has emerged as a critical factor influencing sound financial decision-making. This study examines the impact of FinTech Adoption and Financial Literacy on Financial Decision-Making Behaviour among MBA students. A quantitative research design was employed using convenience sampling. Primary data were collected from 100 MBA students through a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools including Descriptive Statistics, Cronbach's Alpha, Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, Chi-Square Test, and One-Way ANOVA were utilized for data analysis. The findings indicate that both FinTech Adoption and Financial Literacy significantly influence financial decision-making behaviour. Financial literacy emerged as the strongest predictor of effective financial decisions. The study highlights the importance of integrating financial literacy and digital finance education into management curricula to prepare students for modern financial environments.
